Yesterday I was basically under house arrest. But it wasn't all that bad. I could hear the rain hitting the roof, and I coiled up in my wicker chair by my bedroom window, and stared at the drops hitting the puddles and read "Wuthering Heights" - Emily Brontë. What a love story.

I then watched "Somersault". Decoder Ring's music made the movie 10 times better than it already was.

Afterwards I continued reading. My daddy came back from work and we had homemade cheeseburgers for dinner, with homemade fries. mmm. The night ended with watching "Me and Orson Welles" until our electricity turned out and our house filled with candle light, and the smell of our Christmas tree. This day turned out much better than I thought it would.
